AppFunnels.io and all associated subdomains are operated by Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. d/b/a Audience Target ("we," "us," or "our"). This platform provides DOT-compliant driver application funnels, recruiting automation tools, and related services for carriers, recruiting agencies, and CDL driver applicants.

When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box(es) on any form on this platform, you agree to receive SMS messages as described below. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Non-Marketing / Transactional SMS: By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your application or inquiry, including application status updates, recruiter outreach, scheduling confirmations, and follow-up communications from AppFunnels / Audience Target.

Message frequency varies based on application activity and campaign enrollment. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Carriers and platform operators using AppFunnels are independently responsible for maintaining their own SMS opt-in records and for complying with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC requirements enforced by The Campaign Registry (TCR).
All opt-in consent records are stored in our CRM system with timestamp and source documentation retained for a minimum of 4 years.
Information submitted through application funnels on this platform is transmitted to the carrier or company whose application you are completing. AppFunnels acts as a data processor on behalf of that carrier. By submitting an application, you authorize the transmission, storage, and processing of your application data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Carriers receiving application data through this platform are solely responsible for their own data handling, retention, and compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws.

All platform code, design, copy, and content on appfunnels.io and its subdomains is the property of Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. d/b/a Audience Target, unless otherwise noted. Client-specific content (logos, company names, job descriptions) remains the property of the respective client. The AppFunnels name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary. No content from this platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
AppFunnels provides application infrastructure and recruiting automation tools only. We are not a party to any employment relationship between carriers and driver applicants. We do not make or influence hiring decisions, background check outcomes, or employment determinations. Carriers are solely responsible for their own hiring practices, compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, and all other applicable employment regulations.
AppFunnels application templates are designed to include fields required under 49 CFR Part 391. However, we make no warranty that our templates constitute legal advice or that they will satisfy every carrier's specific regulatory requirements. Carriers are responsible for reviewing applications for compliance with current FMCSA regulations and for maintaining required driver qualification files.
This platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. d/b/a Audience Target shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Marketing Gen, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your submission of false or fraudulent information, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
AppFunnels.io is operated by Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. d/b/a Audience Target. We use SMS messaging to communicate with opted-in contacts regarding driver application status updates, recruiting communications, scheduling confirmations, and promotional messages related to AppFunnels services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (516) 604-7332. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages as needed throughout your application or recruiting process. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS communications are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
