All SMS opt-in records — including timestamp, source URL, and consent language displayed at time of opt-in — are stored in our CRM system and retained for a minimum of 4 years in compliance with TCPA recordkeeping best practices.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:

  • Carriers and Clients: If you submit a driver application through a carrier-specific subdomain, your application data is transmitted directly to that carrier for hiring evaluation purposes.
  • Service Providers: We work with third-party vendors to operate our platform, including CRM systems (GoHighLevel), e-signature providers, SMS delivery services, and hosting infrastructure. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
  • Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, including FMCSA and DOT audits.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS Data — Non-Sharing Requirement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
